American actor and film director Danny Glover
Cairo - MENA

American actor and film director Danny Glover will arrive in Luxor on March 18 to participate in the 2016 Luxor African Film Festival (LAFF) which will take place from March 17 to 23.

Glover's participation reflects sincere interest in the fifth edition of the festival, LAFF President Sayed Fouad said.

The American actor cut his shooting schedule in Bulgaria to take part in the LAFF, Fouad added.

The legacy of the world-renowned Egyptian actor Omar Sharif will be honored by this year's festival. A book titled “Omar Sharif in the Eyes of the World" will be published during the event.
