Tehran - Fna
General Manager of Iran's Hormuzgan Ports and Shipping Organization Ali Akbar Safaei said Sunday that Iran has decided to boost its refueling activities for thousands of ships which annually pass through the Persian Gulf. Iran has decided to promote its refueling activities by increasing the capacity of its fuel tankers as well as the number of its bunkering vessels in the Persian Gulf region, Safaei told reporters in Bandar Abbas, the capital city of Iran's Southern province of Hormuzgan. Iran's private sector will undertake the task, he was quoted by the Islamic republic news agency as saying.
