Winners of Sheikh Zayed Camel Race Festival in Jordan crowned

Winners of the final round of the 9th Sheikh Zayed Camel Race Festival at Wadi Rum racetrack, south of Jordan, were crowned by H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman The two-day annual festival was held under the patronage of UAE President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan. 

The 12-leg race was also watched by Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, Advisor to the UAE President, and Chairman of the Emirates Camel Racing Federation, Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Ajman Department of Municipality and Planning, Nasser Sultan Shraideh, Chief Commissioner of Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority, Faisal Al Malik, Charge d' Affaires at UAE Embassy in Jordan, Suleiman Njadat, Environment Commissioner at the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority, and a crowd of Jordanian VIPs and dignitaries.
