Visegrad film forum kicks off in Bratislava

Students of film production from the Visegrad area and the rest of Europe gathered in Bratislava on Tuesday for the opening ceremony of 2014 Visegrad Film Forum. They are the fourth year students from eight partner universities and professionals will participate in the forum to discuss film production. Organizers have had more than 800 participants in previous years and are expecting even more this year. Famous names taking part in the festival include Allan Starski, Polish production designer and set decorator for Steven Spielberg's film Schindler's List, and Christian Frei, Swiss documentary director for The War Photographer. Frei will also lead both master classes and special case studies based on the projection of 'The War Photographer' followed by the analysis of production conditions.
