A light earthquake shook Italy's quake-ravaged Emilia-Romagna region Thursday, officials said. The quake registered a 2.8 magnitude on the Richter scale at 7:42 a.m., Agenzia Giornalistica Italia said. No damage or injuries were reported. The epicenter of the shaking was located about 4.3 miles underground, outside the cities of Modena and Mantua. Emilia-Romagna was hit by two earthquakes in May that killed 25 people and left about 5,000 homeless.
