A cold front will sweep most parts of China over the next two days, bringing with it temperature drops and gales, the National Meteorological Center forecast Thursday. On Thursday and Friday, temperatures will drop from four to ten degrees Celsius in some parts of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, northwest China, Tibet Autonomous Region, regions along the Yangtze and Han rivers and Guizhou Province, the center said. Gales will hit Gansu and Qinghai provinces and Inner Mongolia during the period, the center said. Meanwhile, heavy rain and rainstorms are expected in south China over the coming two days, affecting eastern parts of Guizhou, regions along the Yangtze and Han rivers and coastal areas in Guangdong Province, the center said.
