French Ligue 1 football club Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) announced the signing of Brazilian centre back Thiago Silva from Italian club AC Milan. “Silva has been transferred from AC Milan by Paris Saint-Germain for a duration of five years,” the club said in a statement posted on its website Saturday. No details were given on the agreement’s value but media reports said PSG would pay 62 million euros (about $75.94 million) to sign the 27-year-old defender, reports Xinhua.
