
Nico Rosberg posted the fastest time in private tests Wednesday at the Red Bull Ring circuit where last weekend he saw off Mercedes teammate Lewis Hamilton to win the Austrian Grand Prix.
The German led the timesheets with a lap of 1min 09.113 in the second session in Spielberg after Valterri Bottas in a Williams had led the way in the morning with a lap of 1:10.029.
Ferrari's test driver Esteban Gutierrez split this pair to post the second fastest time of the second and final day of testing ahead of next month's British Grand Prix at Silverstone.
