Dutch international striker Arjen Robben insisted Monday he had turned the page on a disappointing campaign with Bayern Munich and the Oranjie and said he was looking forward to the new Bundesliga season. "I can't look backwards - what's past is past, I have got my freshness back and I am ready for the new season," said Robben, who is in pre-season training with his club at Lake Garda in Italy. The 28-year-old suffered heartache as Bayern lost out to Chelsea in the UEFA Champions League final, lost out to Dortmund in the Bundesliga and DFB-Pokal final before the Dutch lost all three of their UEFA EURO 2012 group matches. Since then he has had a month off to recharge his batteries. "I was far away from it all. I had a good time with my family and I'm happy to start off again. My motivation will be all the stronger," the former Real Madrid man vowed. Robben has a deal running to 2015 and did not indicate his future plans but Bayern's eminence grise Karl Heinz Rummenigge said last week he was "optimistic" that Robben would turn in a good season this campaign and would be "hyper motivated."
