QOC praises FIVB Club World Championship

His Excellency Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, Secretary General of the Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) said that the beginning of the FIVB Club World Championship was so strong and praised the performance of Al-Rayyan team in their first match against world champions. The event is being held in Doha from October 13-19 amid the participation of 8 men teams and 6 women teams. HE Sheikh Saoud wished Qatar’s Al-Arabi and Al-Rayyan to qualify to the semifinals of the championship. The QOC Secretary General also stressed that the officials of the International Volleyball Federation lauded the level of organization. From : Qatar Olympic Committe.
