Qatari Emir participates in National Sports Day Celebrations

HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani led the celebrations held Tuesday to mark Qatar National Sports Day by riding a purebred Arabian camel at Um Ethnaytein on Tuesday morning. HH the Emir’s participation in the Sports Day celebrations stems from HH belief in the importance of sports and its significant role in the lives of n the lives of individuals and communities; and contributes to revive the sports of parents, grandparents and authentic Arab heritage. HH the Emir was accompanied by HH the Special Adviser to HH the Emir Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalifa Al Thani.
