Qatar SC on Friday picked up three key points with a 2-1 win over Al Kharaitiyat in round six of the Qatar Stars League (QSL). Hadi Aghily (81) and Mohammed Omar (83) scored two late goals to help Qatar SC post their second win of the season. For Al Kharaitiyat, Alain Dioko Kaluyituka scored his side’s only goal in the 61st minute. Qatar SC, coached by Sebastiao Lazaroni, have 8 points from 6 matches. Al Kharatiyat, still without a win this season, are at the bottom of the table with a tally of just three points. In another match in round six of the QSL on Friday, Maher Yusuf produced a star act as Umm Salal edged past Al Wakra. Yusuf scored two goals, one in the 87th minute to help his side pick up three key points. Earlier Yusuf found the net in the 33rd minute which was followed by a goal from Walid Mohuiddin in the 73rd minute. For Al Wakra, both goals were scored by Younis Mahmood (13 and 22, penalty) at Al Arabi Stadium. Mahmood has scored 6 goals for his side in the first 6 matches this season. Coached by Mehmed Bazdarevich Al Wakra have 11 points from six points. Umm Salal, who posted just their second win of the season on Friday, have 8 points from 6 fixtures.
