PSV Eindhoven have completed the signing of striker Luciano Narsingh from Eredivisie rivals Heerenveen. The 21-year-old put pen to paper on a five-year deal on Monday before meeting his new team-mates. Narsingh is the fifth new face to arrive at PSV during the close season after Mathias Jorgensen, Mark van Bommel, Boy Waterman and Ruud Swinkels. And he admits the chance to join Dick Advocaat's side was too good to turn down. "PSV are a great club," he told the club's website. "I think I will feel at home here very quickly. "I grabbed the opportunity with both hands. I wanted to play for a top club in Holland first, then possibly move abroad. Of course I want to win trophies, but the most important thing is to be part of the team. It is good that I have come to a club where I can do that." Narsingh, who scored 29 goals in 119 appearances for Heerenveen, was a member of the Netherlands' UEFA EURO 2012 squad although he did not play during the tournament. From fifa
