Grace, who played 16 seasons at first base for the Chicago Cubs and the Arizona Diamondbacks and was the Diamondbacks' team broadcaster, was charged with four counts of aggravated driving or actual physical control while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs after his Oct. 3 arrest in Scottsdale, Ariz., Maricopa County (Ariz.) Grace was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended license and driving without a court-ordered ignition interlock device, the latter requirement from a previous DUI convictions, the Arizona Republic reported Wednesday. Diamondbacks' CEO Derrick Hall announced Oct. 4 Grace would not return as a broadcaster for the team, citing his two DUI arrests.
