Eagles' Vick suffers broken right hand

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick, who battled back from concussion to start, suffered a broken right hand in Sunday's NFL game against the New York Giants. Vick, who signed a six-year deal worth $100 million with the Eagles last month, suffered concussion last week in a loss at Atlanta but passed fitness tests during the week and was able to start against the Giants. Vick went to the locker room early in the fourth quarter for X-rays on his right hand, returned briefly to make a few plays, then gave way for good to reserve Mike Kafka. The Eagles also lost receiver Jeremy Macklin to a hamstring injury. The Giants beat the Eagles 29-16.
