Julia Mancuso of the United States and Alex Pinterault of France were the winners of Tuesday night's unique City Event ski race in downtown Moscow. Thousands of Muscovites crowded into the Luznhiki Olympic Complex, where the men and women of the FIS World Cup circuit competed for World Cup points on a slalom course laid out on a 170-foot tall ramp with a 535-foot long slope "I hope we have more city events," said Mancuso, who won her second World Cup event of the season. "This helps bring the skiing to the people." Mancuso edged Mikaela Kirchgasser of Austria in the head-to-head racing with teammate Lindsey Vonn taking third. Pinterault won the men's event with Felix Neureuther of Germany taking second and Sweden's Andre Myhrer in third.
