Sailors to participate in UAE National Day Sailing Championship

The Qatar Sailing and Rowing Federation (QSRF) announced that the Qatari team will participate in the UAE National Day Sailing Championship to be held in Abu Dhabi next week. The Qatari squad includes Faris Al-Bakri, Mohammad Al-Mohannadi, and Saleh Talfat. Khalid Bateet, Coach of the Qatari sailing team wished all success for the Qatari sailors in the upcoming championship. He also added the Qatari sailors will resume their training sessions after Eid Al-Adha. Earlier in 2011, Qatar’s Faris Al-Bakri claimed the gold medal of Sailing Competition at the 12th Arab Games.
