Russell Wilson tossed three touchdown passes and Marshawn Lynch ran for 124 yards Sunday in the Seattle Seahawks' 30-20 win over Minnesota. Wilson picked up 173 yards on 16-for-24 efficiency, hooking up with Golden Tate for two scores and with ex-Viking Sidney Rice for the other as the Seahawks (5-4) snapped a two-game skid. Seattle also played a tight pass defense, limiting Minnesota's Christian Ponder to just 63 passing yards.
