Olindo Mare kicked four field goals Sunday and the Chicago Bears stayed alive in the post-season hunt with a 26-24 victory over Detroit. Jay Cutler completed 18-of-31 passes for 257 yards and a touchdown without an interception and Matt Forte added 103 rushing yards with a score on 24 carries for Chicago (10-6). Earl Bennett hauled down a scoring pass among his five grabs for 109 yards as the Bears maintained their hopes of clinching an NFC wild card spot. Chicago needed a loss by Minnesota in its Sunday season finale against Green Bay to claim a post-season berth. Matthew Stafford went 24-of-42 through the air for 272 yards with three touchdowns and a pick-off for the Lions (4-12).
