Tom Lehman collected his second Charles Schwab Cup in two years Sunday, firing a 5-under-par 65 en route to a six-shot win at the Champions Tour finale. Lehman became the first senior golfer ever to take home consecutive trophies in the $1 million tour championship points race. His big win Sunday enabled him to erase a 211-point deficit against Bernhard Langer. Lehman's second tournament triumph of the season came at 22-under-par 258 -- six shots in front of Jay Haas (1-under 69). Jay Don Blake (4-under 66) claimed sole possession of third place at minus-14. Fred Funk (65) and Fred Couples (73) shared fourth one shot farther back.
