Iran’s National Youth Karate Team for the first time became deputy champion in the world’s karate competitions held in Malaysia. Iran’s under-21-year-old karate team by obtaining one gold medal and one bronze medal ranked second in the world after Turkey’s team which became world champion after winning a gold medal and a silver medal in the world competitions held in Melaka in Malaysia. Republic of Azerbaijan’s national team and Republic of Montenegro’s jointly stood in the third place. National youth teams from 80 countries participate in the international contests held in Malaysia.
