Iran crowned as Asian water polo champions

Iranian national water polo team defeated Singapore 10-6 and claimed Asian Junior Men's Water Polo Championship's title. The Iranian team Saturday won Singapore in the final game 10-6 and Singapore ranked second in the tournament. The victory took Iran’s national team directly to water polo world cup 2014 in Kazakhstan. Singapore and Kuwait ranked second and third respectively. Iranian team had defeated China 10-6, Philippines 25-4, Seri Lanka 30-1, and Kuwait 18-3 in its previous games in the championship. Source: FNA
