Play at the Hyundai Tournament of Champions was scrubbed for the third straight day Sunday due to unrelenting high winds at Kapalua, Hawaii. After Friday's brief round was erased and Saturday's play was called off without a shot being taken, officials had hoped to get in 36 holes Sunday and 18 more Monday. But winds in excess of 40 mpg persisted Sunday, causing a 4-hour delay and ultimately another cancellation after five holes. Jason Dufner led at 1-under before event officials decided wipe out the round. Plans now call for 36 holes Monday and 18 more Tuesday, weather permitting. From UPI
