Fiji flanker Qera pens new Gloucester deal

Fiji flanker Akapusi Qera confirmed on Monday he has signed a new two-year contract with English Premiership rugby club Gloucester. Qera, 27, is in his fifth season with the club and has proved a success since his move to Kingsholm after the 2007 World Cup. "I love the people here, especially the fans and the crowd. I'm happy to have signed this deal," Qera said.
