Second-seeded Alexandr Dolgopolov of Ukraine will take on No. 4 seed Tommy Haas of Germany for the Citi Open title after each won semifinal matches Saturday. Dolgopolov will appear in his second title tilt of the year after dispatching American Sam Querrey 6-4, 6-4 at the H.G. FitzGerald Tennis Center in Washington. The Ukrainian fell in the finals of the Brisbane event this year. Haas, meanwhile, continued his recent surge with a 6-3, 7-5 upset of top-seeded Mardy Fish of the United States in Saturday's other semifinal. The German improved to 6-1 in his last seven matches against Top 15 players, including a stunning upset of Roger Federer in the June final at Halle. Haas, who also took the Hamburg event this year, will be seeking his 14th career crown.
