Gerry "Bubba" Watson, winner of the Masters golf tournament, has put his North Carolina home up for sale, his real estate agent announced. The golfer's 5,000 square-foot home in Lexington, purchased in 2009 for $1.1 million, has a list price of $1.5 million and includes recent renovations and a new outdoor kitchen, the Charlotte, N.C., Observer reported Tuesday. Watson, with his wife and newly adopted baby boy, makes his permanent residence in Scottsdale, Ariz., but currently rents a home in Orlando, Fla. Tim Taylor, of Tim Taylor Realty in Lexington, said it is his understanding the Watsons will be moving to the Orlando area permanently, and said of the home sale, "This was in the works before the Masters." Watson won the prestigious tournament Sunday after a two-hole playoff against Padraig Harrington.
