Tony Parker's jump shot at the buzzer Thursday lifted San Antonio to an 86-84 win over Oklahoma City in a rematch of last year's Western Conference finals. Parker tied the game on a 3-pointer with 29 seconds remaining and then won it in dramatic fashion, allowing the Spurs to become the first team in the NBA this season with two victories. Oklahoma City prevailed in six games last season to capture the conference title and the teams battled again Thursday in an entertaining contest that was tied going into the fourth quarter. San Antonio opened a nine-point lead early in the final period, but the Thunder went in front by three when Russell Westbrook made two free throws with 1:26 to go. Oklahoma City had a chance to expand its lead, but Westbrook missed a contested layup with 51 seconds left and on San Antonio's next possession Parker hit his game-tying 3-pointer. The Thunder let the shot clock wind down as it tried to set up a winning play, but Westbrook fumbled the ball away and Kawhi Leonard came up with it for the Spurs. After a time out, San Antonio worked the ball to Parker and he was perfect from just inside the 3-point line. Tim Duncan had 20 points and eight rebounds for the Spurs, Parker scored 14 and Danny Green added 13. Kevin Durant, last year's NBA scoring champion, paced Oklahoma City in its season opener with 23 points. Westbrook had 18. San Antonio opened its campaign on Wednesday with a road win over New Orleans.
