Tony Parker had 29 points and 13 assists Tuesday to lead San Antonio in a 112-91 rout of the Los Angeles Lakers. Tim Duncan added 19 points and Manu Ginobili had 15 for the Spurs, who won their fourth consecutive game and took a half-game lead over second-place Oklahoma City in the Western Conference. San Antonio shot 59.9 percent from the field and outscored the Lakers 36-19 in the second quarter. The Lakers shot 48.8 percent and made all 11 of their free throws, but were 2-for-10 from 3-point range as Kobe Bryant sat out his sixth straight game with an inflamed shin. Andrew Bynum led Los Angeles with 21 points and seven rebounds. Pau Gasol and Matt Barnes had 16 points apiece. The Lakers saw their four-game winning streak come to an end but they remain a half game ahead of the Clippers in the Pacific Division and the No. 3 seed in the West.
