George Hill's three free throws in the final 12 seconds protected Indiana's lead Friday, allowing the Pacers to fight off Sacramento 97-92. Hill hit 1-of-2 foul shots from the line to give Indiana a three-point cushion and Marcus Thornton then missed a 3-point attempt for the Kings with 4 seconds to play. Hill added two free throws to finish the scoring and give the Pacers their second straight victory. Indiana held the Kings to nine points through the game's first 10 minutes, but the Pacers had only a five-point lead through three quarters. Sacramento stayed close during the final 12 minutes, but could never move in front. David West led Indiana with 31 points and 11 rebounds. Hill had 25 points and six boards. DeMarcus Cousins scored 19 points for the Kings, whose four wins this season equal the fewest in the Western Conference.
