Greg Monroe and Brandon Knight paced a balanced attack Friday while Detroit was turning up the heat defensively in crushing Washington 100-68. The Pistons snapped a six-game losing streak and dealt the Wizards their sixth straight loss. Washington remained stuck on three victories for the season, just one of which has come against an Eastern Conference team. Monroe and Knight both scored 15 points and Detroit also came up with 11 each from Rodney Stuckey and Andre Drummond. Washington scored no more than 20 points in any quarter and midway through the first period and produced only two points. The Wizards made a mere 32 percent of their field goal attempts and went 2-of-12 from 3-point range. Jordan Crawford scored 20 points with seven rebounds for Washington.
