David Price went seven shutout innings and earned his MLB-best 16th win Thursday in the Tampa Bay Rays' 7-0 win over the Los Angeles Angels. The Rays have not allowed an Angels' run in 32 innings, having shut out LA in the final two games of a series last month. Tampa Bay has won nine of its last 10 games against the Angels, and has won eight of its last 10 games overall. Price (16-4) gave up just three hits and struck out eight to extend his personal winning streak to a club record eight games. He has gone 11 starts without a loss -- his most recent loss coming June 13 against the New York Mets. Ben Zobrist, B.J. Upton and Evan Longoria hit home runs for the Rays. Longoria and Jeff Keppinger each drove in a pair of runs. Angels' starter Dan Haren (8-10) gave up five runs on seven hits over 3 2/3 innings. LA has lost four of its last six.
