A bases-loaded single by Corey Hart with none out in the 13th inning Friday scored Rickie Weeks and gave the Milwaukee Brewers an 8-7 win over the Chicago Cubs. Milwaukee held a 1-0 lead through six innings before the teams combined to score 13 runs during the seventh, eighth and ninth innings. The Cubs took a 5-4 lead into the ninth, but the Brewers scored three times to seemingly take control. Hart, however, hit a two-run homer in the bottom of the ninth to keep the game going, and then came through again four innings later. Lendy Castillo (0-1) came on in the 13th as the eighth Chicago pitcher and he hit the first two batters he faced -- Weeks and Ryan Braun. Aramis Ramirez then delivered a single to load the bases and Hart hit Castillo's first pitch to center for the game-winner. David DeJesus had five RBI for the Cubs, hitting a grand slam homer in the seventh and driving in another run with a triple in the ninth. Vinnie Chulk (1-0), Milwaukee's eighth pitcher, worked the final two innings to get his first win in the majors since 2007. He has a career 8-15 record in parts of eight seasons with four teams.
