Two-run doubles by Wilin Rosario and Jordan Pacheco highlighted a five-run first inning Friday and Colorado survived a grand slam to defeat San Diego 7-4. After the Rockies opened the game with their five-run outburst, Yonder Alonso hit a grand slam homer in the bottom of the inning. The only other runs in the game came on solo homers by Colorado's Chris Nelson in the third and Charlie Blackmon in the eighth. Blackmon's home run was his first of the season and his second in 52 major league games. Tyler Chatwood lasted only 3 2/3 innings after giving up the bases-loaded homer to Alonso. The win was credited to Guillermo Moscoso (3-1), the third of six Colorado pitchers. He worked 1 2/3 scoreless innings. Andrew Cashner (3-4) started and lost for the Padres, surrendering six runs on 10 hits in 3 2/3.
