Zack Cozart put Cincinnati ahead with a ninth-inning RBI double Sunday and the Reds held on to post a 4-3 victory over Pittsburgh. Cincinnati erased a 3-2 deficit in the final frame when Xavier Paul led off with a long homer to right field against Joel Hanrahan (5-2). Then, with two outs, the Pirates closer surrendered back-to-back doubles to Ryan Ludwick and Cozart as the National League Central champion Reds took the rubber match of a three-game series. Sean Marshall (5-5) collected the victory and Aroldis Chapman struck out two en route to his 37th save. The Reds tied the Washington Nationals for the top seed in the National League. Garrett Jones hit a two-run shot for Pittsburgh.
