Australia declare on overnight 517 for 7 in first Test

Australia captain Michael Clarke declared on his team's overnight first innings total of 517 for seven at the start of the third day of the first Adelaide Test against India on Thursday.
Steve Smith remained unbeaten on 162 as one of three Australian centurions.
David Warner scored 145 and Clarke hit a courageous 128, battling a back injury.
