
The traditional men’s international beach volleyball tournament (2x2) started Wednesday evening at Grand Post square in Algiers with the participation of six countries, including Algeria, Algiers volleyball league told APS.
Twelve pairs from France, Tunisia, Morocco, Niger, Libya and Algeria, which will be represented by the national military team and those of Algiers, Blida and Boumerdes, will take part in this tournament.
This sports event, part of the Algiers league action plan for the 2014 season, is organized in collaboration with the People’s communal assembly (APC) of Algiers, in partnership with the Youth and Sports directorate.
The final of the tournament will be played Thursday at 7:30 pm.
