Egyptian Super Cup back on schedule

The Egyptian Super Cup football tournament will start on Sunday in Borg El Arab Stadium in Alexandria as previously announced. Sport Minister El Ameri Farouk has expressed his wish for the competition to return as the local authorities in Alexandria previously refused to host the event. The government has urged the football fans - the Ultra Ahlawy to control themselves, as they stormed the headquarters of the Egyptian Football Federation on Wednesday. This was to protest against the decision to resume football tournaments after the Port Said massacre, where 74 people died.
