Mirko Vucinic's extra-time goal ensured Juventus ended AC Milan's hopes in the Coppa Italia for the second year in a row after edging out their Serie A rivals 2-1 in their quarter-final clash. Milan were also knocked out of last year's competition at the last four stage by the Old Lady but started well and took a sixth-minute lead through Stephan El Shaarawy, although Juventus soon drew level thanks to Sebastian Giovinco's exquisite free-kick. The teams could not be separated after 90 minutes, although it took just five minutes of extra-time for Juventus to score what would prove to be the winner, with substitute Vucinic toe-poking past Milan goalkeeper Marco Amelia. Juventus will now face Lazio, who beat Catania 3-0 last night, in a two-legged semi-final clash. From FIFA
