US sprinter Felix wins women's 200m gold

America's Allyson Felix powered to victory in the women's 200m on Wednesday in a time of 21.88sec, denying Jamaica's Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce a 100m-200m sprint double in London. Newly-crowned 100m champion Fraser-Pryce took silver in 22.09sec with Carmelita Jeter of the United States winning bronze. Jamaica's Veronica Campbell-Brown, who was attempting to become the first woman to win the same individual title three times, was fourth.
