Spain's Alabau Neira wins windsurfing gold

Spain's Marina Alabau Neira won the Olympic women's windsurfing gold medal Tuesday ahead of Finland's Tuuli Petaja and Poland's Zofia Noceti-Klepacka. Alabau Neira, who topped the standings after the first 10 races of the regatta, capped her performance with a victory in the medal race.
