Newly-appointed manager Facundo Sava claimed his second win in as many games to boost San Martin San Juan's hopes of avoiding relegation from the Argentinian Clausura. Sebastian Penco struck a 44th-minute winner four minutes after Banfield's Marcelo Quinteros had cancelled out Diego Garcia's early opener. The win continued Sava's impressive start to life at San Martin San Juan, having taken over from Daniel Garnero last month following an eight-game winless run.
