Rooney misses out for United against Stoke

Striker Wayne Rooney was not included in the Manchester United squad for their Premier League home game with Stoke City on Tuesday.
The 29-year-old England captain sustained a knee injury in the latter stages of United's 3-0 victory at home to Hull City on Saturday, in which he scored his fifth goal of the season.
His place in the starting XI was taken by 19-year-old English striker James Wilson, who lined up alongside Robin van Persie in attack.
Fourth-place United were bidding to record a fourth consecutive league victory.
