Substitute Emiliano Bonfigli netted within three minutes of his 69th-minute introduction to earn Real a draw with FC Dallas, who had led through Brek Shea's penalty on the stroke of half-time. Real have played two games more than leaders San Jose, while Dallas are five points back in fourth.
