Ricardo Quaresma hit a second-half double as Besiktas moved level on points with third-placed Trabzonspor in the Turkish Super Lig with a 4-1 home win over Manisaspor. Quaresma's brace in the 60th and 65th minutes helped the Black Eagles end a run of three league games without a win. Hugo Almeida opened the scoring on 18 minutes and Manuel Fernandes added the fourth in the last minute. Manisaspor grabbed a consolation goal deep into injury time through Ferhat Cokmus, after Besiktas midfielder Veli Kavlak was sent off for a second bookable offence.
