Former Italy coach Roberto Donadoni has been named as the new coach of Parma. The move comes after Parma lost 5-0 to Inter Milan at the weekend, their sixth game without a win, and makes Franco Colomba the 11th coach to leave his job in Serie A this season. A statement on the club's website read: "Roberto Donadoni is the new coach of Parma Football Club. We wish our new coach good luck and best wishes, from his first training session tomorrow, ahead of his view of his debut against Siena on 15 January." Former AC Milan and Italy midfielder Donadoni coached the national side between 2006 and 2008, losing his job after the Italians lost to Spain in the quarter-finals of the European Championship. Parma sit 15th in the table with 19 points from 17 games.
