Tijuana secured the first league title since their formation five years ago, defeating Toluca to the Apertura crown on Sunday. Having edged the home match 2-1, two second-half goals in rapid succession ensured they won the second leg 2-0 for a 4-1 aggregate success. The match was goalless until substitute Richard Ruiz netted after 69 minutes and less than 60 seconds later Duvier Riascos struck a second to seal it. FIFA
