Manchester United manager David Moyes made three changes to his midfield for his side's Champions League last 16 first-leg match at Olympiakos in Piraeus on Tuesday. Antonio Valencia came in for the cup-tied Juan Mata on the right flank, with Tom Cleverley replacing Marouane Fellaini in the centre of midfield. On the left wing, Ashley Young replaced Adnan Januzaj, who was not named among United's substitutes despite having featured in Saturday's 2-0 win at Crystal Palace in the Premier League. With veteran Argentine striker Javier Saviola ruled out of the game due to a thigh injury, Olympiakos coach Michel selected 21-year-old Nigerian forward Michael Olaitan to lead the line for the hosts. He was flanked by Joel Campbell, a loan signing from United's Premier League rivals Arsenal, and Paraguayan winger Hernan Perez, who came through a fitness test on Sunday. While Olympiakos are seeking to reach the last eight for the first time since 1999, United are bidding to rescue a season that has seen them go out of both domestic cup competitions and fall 15 points off the pace in the Premier League.
