Brad Evans supplied a go-ahead, second-half goal Sunday and the Seattle Sounders knocked FC Dallas out of playoff contention with a 3-1 victory. Evans first scored in the 32nd minute and added another tally in the 60th minute to break a 1-1 tie as the Sounders (15-7-11) knotted Real Salt Lake for second place in the Western Conference with one regular-season game remaining. Mauro Rosales provided an insurance goal for the Sounders. Blas Perez got the goal for Dallas (9-13-11), which lost the fifth and final seed in the West to Vancouver.
