In-form Brest striker Nolan Roux got the move to a higher profile club he desired on Tuesday when he signed for French champions Lille for 8 million euros. The 23-year-old former France Under-21 striker - who had been linked with a move to Bundesliga giants Schalke 04 last summer - signed a four-and-a-half year contract with Lille. "I learnt of my transfer to Lille after training this morning," he said. "I didn't want to pose myself the same questions that I did last summer. I have experienced some unforgettable moments here." Roux has scored 25 goals in 80 appearances for Brest - 10 in Ligue 1 - since he joined from Lens in 2009 - Lens don't lose out either as they receive half of the fee.
