Juve snap up Padoin

Midfielder Simone Padoin has signed for Serie A leaders Juventus in a €5million move from Atalanta. The 27-year-old, who trained during pre-season with Juve a couple of years ago, has signed a five-year deal. The Old Lady will also have to fork out an extra €1million if they qualify for the UEFA Champions League this season. Padoin began his career with Vicenza before moving back to Atalanta, where he had played his youth football, in 2007.
